Paddy Keenan en concert à Athlone ce vendredi

Paddy Keenan jouera en concert au Passionfruit Theatre à Athlone ce vendredi 24 février 2012. Il est accompagné de Eoghan Scott.

Paddy est né à Trim, Co Meath. Son père et grand-père jouait aussi de la cornemuse. En 1974 il s’est rejoint avec Matt Molloy, Dónal Lunny, Tríona Ní Dhomhnaill, et Mícheál Ó Domhnaill, pour fonder The Bothy Band – un des groupes les plus innovateurs de la musique irlandaise.

Passionfruit Theatre est un petit théâtre et salle de concert (55 places) à Athlone.
