Traditional Irish Music from LiveTrad.com: Shoot The Crows Clip 4
From Shoot The Crows Pub in Sligo, this session was recorded on a Tuesday evening and broadcast on LiveTrad.com on Friday June 10 2011. This informal gathering of local musicians happens in this pub every week. Typically, no one's ever sure who's going to pop in, and this is a typical example of an organic session, where people come and go, fool around with different tunes, and, because they're playing as much for their own enjoyment as for those in attendance, it gives top musicians a chance to enjoy the music in a relaxed, informal setting.
