Paddy Keenan will play at Passionfruit Theatre, Athlone, on Friday 24 February 2012.

One of the big names in Irish music in general, and of the Uilleann Pipes in particular, Paddy played with the Bothy Band in the 70's before going on to pursue a successful solo career.

Tradschool is organising an Irish flute and whistle workshop from March 31 to April 1 2012, in Théus in the Hautes-Alpes (France)

The workshop takes place over one weekend, with accomodation and meals included; it is aimed at intermediate to advanced players of Irish wooden flute and tin whistle.
